Our Social Media Manager will collaborate with Project Manager and Data Specialist to support the client, delivering effective social media strategies and premium content to wide audience. He/she is able to perfectly align with client’s tone of voice and focus on keeping the community engaged; also, he/she will thrive when faced with new challenges and will constantly look to meet clients’ needs, surrounded by advertising talents ready to exchange vision about digital transformation and the future in general.

 

Role requirements

  • Identify social strategies and opportunities to create relevant and highly engaging content;
  • Detailed knowledge of how technically main social media works: algorithms, mechanics, tools;
  • Always-on: a true social media fanatic, with a strong passion for the role;
  • Word Master, able to understand perfectly the proper tone of voice for different clients, products and services;
  • Monthly reporting for stakeholders, both inside and outside the agency;
  • Develop social content calendars across multiple channels
  • Able to schedule a delivery timeline with fixed milestone;
  • Understanding of user-generated content dynamics;
  • Minimum 3 years experience within same role;
