Community Manager

Community Manager at G-COM works with Social Director and supports the client delivering premium content and effective social media campaigns to wide audience. You are able to perfectly align with
client’s tone of voice and focus on keeping the community engaged. You will thrive when faced with new challenges and will constantly look to meet clients’ needs, surrounded by advertising talents ready to exchange vision about digital transformation and the future in general.

 

Requirements

  • Always-on: a true social media fanatic, with a strong passion for the role;
  • Word Master, able to understand perfectly the proper tone of voice for different clients, products and services;
  • Identify social insights and opportunities to create relevant and highly engaging content;
  • Monthly reporting for stakeholders, both inside and outside the agency;
  • Develop social content calendars across multiple channels
  • Support social channel strategy and campaign optimisation
  • Able to schedule a delivery timeline with fixed milestone;
  • Understanding of user-generated content dynamics;
